Columbiana County Department of Job & Family Services, a division of the Columbiana County Board of County Commissioners, provides a wide variety of services to our triple combined agency. The current workforce totals approximately 135 employees who work in three different departments. Human Resources is responsible for the reporting requirements of those 135 employees. The Human Resources Office is responsible for employee assistance with health benefits, employee relations, employment training and development. Our agency currently negotiates and administers two collective bargaining agreements for the various departments and their staff.

The Human Resources Department at CCDJFS maintains accurate, reliable and accessible information regarding employees and candidates for hire at our agency. We are dedicated to presenting ourselves as competent and professional in the delivery of services to our staff and our customers.

It is our mission to provide quality employment related services through the use of best practices in the field of Human Resources and other related professions. Our employees are presented with up to date information regarding health benefits, wellness programs, annual leave accruals, agency activities and events, etc.
