The mission of Columbiana County Department of Job and Family Services, Division of Children Services, is to protect children; to assist families to ensure that children live in a safe and healthy environment; to empower families and keep them together; to educate the community in recognizing appropriate family function; and to assist children who cannot live with their biological families to move toward permanency.
