The Child Support Enforcement Agency (CSEA) provides many services for our customers.  The following is a partial list of those services:

·       Establishment of a Child Support or Medical Support Order

·       Collection and Disbursement of Child Support

·       Enforcement of Medical Support Orders

·       Location of Absent Parents

·       Modification of Existing Child Support Orders

·       Termination of Child Support Orders When Criteria is Met

The Mission of the Columbiana County Child Support Enforcement Agency is to work diligently to provide child support services in a respectful and professional manner.

Listed below are events and activities that CSEA participated in as part of Child Support Awareness Month 2011.

  • - Community Outreach Programs throughout the month of August.
  • -Any parent with a driver's license suspension that resulted from unpaid child support should contact the CSEA immediately to inquire about our August Driver's License Amnesty reinstatement offer.
  • -Display Child Support material at local Libraries and area Courts.
  • - "Flowers on the Square" displays thanking non-custodial parents who have paid support regularly.
  • -Book Bags filled with school supplies were given away~ drawing was held on August 17th, 2011.
  • - Changed Child Support outgoing message to reflect: August is Child support Awareness Month.
  • -On Saturday August 13, 2011 Columbiana County CSEA joined Community Partners and the Columbiana Conservation Partners to participate in the 4th annual “Explore The Outdoors With Your Family Because Time Together Counts” family fun day at Beaver Creek State Park from 11:00am - 4:00pm.
  • This event focus is on the importance of both custodial and non-custodial parents spending quality time with their children.
