The first step in your job search is to register with our statewide labor exchange system SCOTI by clicking this link: SCOTI: www.scoti.ohio.gov. Once you have provide your employment history, work skills and other important information, we can match your skills to available jobs in our area through SCOTI system or assist you in accessing our national database. We offer a free résumé class, ( by appointment only) that will provide you with a professional looking résumé. On the Job Service Forms page you will find the résumé worksheet that you may copy to use as a guide to create your own résumé . You could also make an appointment and bring a completed copy of this worksheet to the résumé workshop.

Free resources for your Job Search

Our onsite computers allow you to access employment information on the Internet. You can use our telephones to schedule job interviews, and our copiers and faxes to print and send your résumé to potential employers. We subscribe to all local newspapers that you may use to research the Classified Ads.

We would be happy to sit down with you to assess your needs. If we don't provide all the services you require, then we help you obtain information that you can use such as, referrals to various other agencies and community businesses who partner with us to assist in employment needs.
