ITEMS FOR SALE AT CCDJFS
CCDJFS will occasionally have office type furniture, used office equipment and other miscellaneous items for sale. These items will be sold “as is” and information about the item will be listed as we know it.
There are no guarantees or returns on merchandise purchased. All sales are final.
Items are no longer of use to the CCDJFS and according to agency procurement policy, can be sold to the general public.
Items will be listed on our website for seven(7) days. During the seven(7) days, anyone interested in purchasing the item must complete a sale bid sheet and submit it to the CCDJFS.
All sale bid sheets will be date stamped upon arrival. All bid sheets received via US Postal service within three (3) calendar days of the close of the item will be reviewed as well. The highest bid for the item will be granted the sale.
Winning bidders will be notified by phone and the bidder must pay the CCDJFS by cash or money order within five(5) days of close of bid.
If the winning bidder does not pay for the item within five(5) days, the next bidder will be notified and be given the option to purchase. If there is not a second bidder or the second bidder does not wish to purchase, the item will be listed once again for an additional seven(7) days.
