County Commissioners Dan Bing, Jim Hoppel, and Penny Traina along with DJFS Administrators and Supervisors served lunch to the DJFS staff at their new building site on Monday, June 30th, from 11 am – 2 pm.  Staff were encouraged to enjoy a 1-hour hot dog lunch that day in celebration of the Commissioners’ recent purchase of the “Dickey Drive” property  located just outside of Lisbon on State Route 45.  Despite the rainy weather, both Commissioners and staff had a great time

at the agency’s future home.

On Friday, May 23rd, State Rep. Linda S. Bolon presented County Commissioners, Dan Bing, Jim Hoppel, and Penny Traina and

CCDJFS Director, Eileen Dray-Bardon with a check for $42,500.00 toward the construction of the new JFS Building.

You can visit us on the third floor on Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday between 8:00 A.M. and 4:30 P.M. to apply for food stamps, medical assistance or Prevention, Retention and Contingency programs.
PRC programs help people keep their jobs or get work, such as automotive repair and work supplies, or help with utilities or insurance or other emergencies.
The office will provide a drop-off site for paperwork for ongoing cases.
All re-applications for programs will continue to be seen at the Lisbon office.
To get to our East Liverpool branch office, enter at the hospital’s main entrance and take the elevator, exiting to the right after reaching the third floor.
There will be signs marking the way.
