After Hours Drop Off

Located at 110 N. North Nelson Avenue, Lisbon. The after hours drop off can be found at the main entrance.

Applying for Benefits just got easier.

Now you can apply for cash assistance, food assistance and Medicaid online, wherever you can access a Web connection.

You can also make changes to your case information.

Just go to http://ODJFSBenefits.ohio.gov

and click on either "Am I Eligible?", "Apply for Benefits" or "Report My Changes." Your paperwork will automatically be forwarded to a county caseworker for review. The site is quick, easy and secure. If you are eligible, it will make it easier for you to get the help you need.

JOB & FAMILY SERVICES BRANCH OFFICE AT EAST LIVERPOOL CITY HOSPITAL OPEN NOW You can visit us on the third floor on Tuesday or Wednesday between 8:00 A.M. and 4:30 P.M. to apply for food stamps, medical assistance or Prevention, Retention and Contingency programs. PRC programs help people keep their jobs or get work, such as automotive repair and work supplies, or help with utilities or insurance or other emergencies. The office will provide a drop-off site for paperwork for ongoing cases. All re-applications for programs will continue to be seen at the Lisbon office. To get to our East Liverpool branch office, enter at the hospital’s main entrance and take the elevator, exiting to the right after reaching the third floor. There will be signs marking the way.
